All the same, being a mom came first. With the responsibility of providing for my daughter, having a real, loving relationship with her, being successful in my career, and still maintaining my own sense of self and balance, I had to tailor a lot of the tools I was learning to fit into all of that – without driving me crazy in the meantime!
As I began implementing what I was learning, people in my life started to talk. Everyone wanted to know what it was that made me so joyful all the time - and how I managed to have such a unique and fulfilling relationship with my daughter – when at times it seemed like all the cards were stacked against us!
In response, I began working with parents around me to start using the tools I had developed. The change they saw was shocking – and immediate. As I mentored these moms and dads (parents of young children and adult children alike) I saw what a great need it was in families around the world – and the Blissful Transformation of the Chaotic Family program was born.
